Charity Dean, a healthcare executive and former public health official, has formed a connection with the Metro Detroit Black Business Alliance (MDBBA) to help advance economic opportunities for Black entrepreneurs in the Detroit area. Dean has a strong background in public health and emergency response, having previously served as the Assistant Director of the California Department of Public Health and the CEO of The Public Health Company.
