This value-driven consulting firm has provided empowering solutions and strategies to increase leaders’ effectiveness in human services and education for over 12 years.

Before joining United Way for Southeastern Michigan, Ebron was the Dean of Culture and Climate at Detroit Public Schools Community District. He played a vital role in creating a safe and inclusive environment for students, staff, and families. Ebron’s dedication and leadership in this role were instrumental in transforming the school’s culture and climate, leading to improved academic performance and higher student engagement.

He has worked with various organizations, including federal and state governments, non-governmental and non-profit organizations, private educational systems, public and charter schools, retail giants, and law firms.
