Gina’s journey to her current position was marked by impressive achievements and unwavering commitment to her work. She began her climb up the ladder at PNC as an Assistant Vice President in WorkPlace Banking Business Development, managing a portfolio of over 200 companies and growing the WorkPlace Banking program. Her dedication and expertise led her to rise to the position of Vice President and Community Consultant in Community Development Banking, where she worked closely with community leaders and organizations to promote PNC’s community service programs.

From there, Gina’s star continued to rise, and she became a Channel Development Advisor in Wealth Management, where she was instrumental in sourcing new business, educating partners about Wealth Management capabilities, and promoting the PNC Wealth Management brand. She then became the Client and Community Relations Director, serving as Chief of Staff for the Regional President (RP) and ensuring that corporate initiatives were executed efficiently.

Gina’s tireless commitment to diversity and inclusion led her to join PNC’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and Women Employee Resource Group leadership team. She also earned certification as a PNC-Certified Women’s Business Advocate. In recognition of her exceptional work, she received the prestigious 2018 PNC Performance Award, the highest employee recognition award.
